I'd hold the stretches a little longer. 10 seconds on first stretch, twenty on the second, thirty on the third.

thats nice and all but as a buddhist that does yoga everyday... thats not really yoga.its a stretch and a nice stretch but its basically a 1/4 of another yoga move which you could say is almost any movement in the world.either way nice stretch. also those fast movements are not really found in asana yoga. if it was chinese yoga aka qigong these to are too fast of motions.
