I'm am quite hopeful this will help. I have had a headach now for 2 weeks, and tension is so tight in my neck it feels like someone is grabbing me around the neck. I will try anything, so fed up of popping pills and nothing working.

do you think you can help me?my neck and shoulder KILLS, i moved wrong and felt a sharp pain, i cant keep my head straight, i hurt my right side back of my neck into my shoulder, i have to keep my head 2 the left because it hurts so bad and my neck keeps stiffning up since im keeping my head like this, how can i relieve this pain?
