I would suggest Costco's option. Much better quality and will last much longer for the price. Its worth the investment.

Thank you for mentioning the temperature in centigrade, makes it easier for me to relate. Also, you should try tiger balm for your neck, if you can find it. It's from Thailand, I think, and it's great.

If you have a Costco in your area, they sell memory foam bed covers. They cost around $100, but it is well worth the money.

i tried a comforter under the sheet and when that didn't work i got a sheep skin and all is well now. tylenol for back and muscle or the generic one work really well. |
